Our pledge is that our specially-trained doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals in the neonatal intensive care units (NICUs, pronounced "nick-you") make your experience as comfortable as possible under these stressful circumstances and keep you updated about your baby’s condition as often as necessary.

- Note: This is not to be used as a substitute for having professionals explain, in their own words, what illness or problem a baby has. This list of medical conditions that commonly requires babies to receive treatment in the NICCU is intended to help parents understand their child's problem, and ask further questions.
- Breastfeeding Information
- Assistance is available for mothers who wish to pump to store breast milk for their babies while they are receiving care in the NICU.
