Education Class Cancellations and Refunds

Full Refund

• You must cancel your pre-paid registration five (5) business days prior to the class to receive a full refund
• If Children's Hospital Los Angeles cancels a program, a full refund will be granted
• Registration fees will be refunded within three weeks after notification

Partial Refunds

• For cancellations made less than five (5) business days prior to the date of the course, a 50 percent refund will be given
• Registration fees will be refunded within three weeks after notification

No Refund

• If a registered participant does not show up for class, no refund will be given
• Payment for textbooks are non-refundable

Course Cancellations

• Classes are subject to change and/or cancellation on short notice 
• Class registrants will be notified (by mail, phone or email) of any cancellations
