- For all patients: Please arrive one hour before your appointment and bring your insurance card.
- Tuesday: 9 a.m.–12 p.m.; 1–4:30 p.m.
- Thursday: 1–4:30 p.m.
Thrombosis Clinic
- Thursday: 1-4:30 p.m.
Hemophilia Orthopaedic Clinic
- You must have a referral from a Hemostasis and Thrombosis Center physician to attend this clinic.
- For all patients: Please arrive one hour before your appointment and bring your insurance card.
- Located on the 4th Floor of the Outpatient Tower
- 2nd Tuesday in the months of February, April, June, August, October and December: 1-4 p.m.
