Red Wagon Society

The Red Wagon Society is named in honor of the little red wagons used to transport young patients around the hospital. Membership begins at cumulative giving of $150 per calendar year. Members of this special society provide annual support that helps find new ways to treat pediatric diseases, train the next generation of pediatricians and fund innovative research.

Individuals who annually give or fundraise $1,000 or more in support of Children's Hospital Los Angeles are members of the Ambassadors family. This giving community provides annual support for the very heart and soul of Children's Hospital, and their generosity makes possible essential and diverse programs and services.

As an Ambassador, you will receive the benefits of the Red Wagon Society and a unique calendar of events and opportunities that allow us to connect, learn and inspire each other, including:

Children's Circle of Care

Donors who make a gift to their local Children's Circle of Care hospital of $10,000 or more annually become members in this national recognition program. As members of the Children's Circle of Care, donors become part of something much larger than the gifts they have given. They are part of a caring, international community that is advancing pediatric medical care and touching the lives of children to give them hope for a healthier tomorrow.

Emma Phillips Society

The Emma Phillips Society honors and recognizes those who have included Children's Hospital Los Angeles in their estate plans by making a gift to the hospital as a bequest in their will or living trust, or have made planned gift commitments, such as gift annuities or charitable remainder trusts, remainder interest gifts in personal real estate, life insurance policies or qualified retirement plans.
