Teenage and Young Adult Health Center
Children's Hospital Los Angeles Teenage and Young Adult Health Center cares for young people at a critical time in their development. Adolescents take risks and experiment as they learn to negotiate their growing independence. The Center is designed to meet the total comprehensive health needs of youth ages 12 to 21.
As one of the nation's largest and most comprehensive programs dedicated to children and adolescents, we provide a full range of leading-edge care, with a youth friendly approach. Pediatricians and internists with board certification in adolescent medicine focus on acute and chronic health care needs and provide guidance in preventing risk behavior and promoting optimal health.
