As part of supporting the best possible health care experience for patients and families while they are in our care, our team relies on feedback that we obtain from independent surveys conducted by NRC Health.
Below, we provide data that reflects CHLA’s Inpatient scores on two key measures (overall and willingness to recommend) that reflect the feedback of our inpatients after discharge.
This score reflects the percentage of parents that gave CHLA a 9 or higher on a 10-point scale for overall patient experience. Data below reflects July 2020 - March 2021

CHLA participates in NRC Health Real Time surveys. These measurement tools were developed in collaboration with Center for Excellence for Pediatric Quality Measurement with support from the federal Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).
