PUBLIC NOTICE: Notice of Relocation of Services: Adolescent and Young Adult Medicine Outpatient Services
Pursuant to California Health and Safety Code Section 1255.25, Children’s Hospital Los Angeles is providing a public notice of its plan to relocate its Adolescent and Young Adult Medicine Outpatient Services. Effective Aug. 26, 2022, Adolescent Medicine and Young Adult Medicine will move from its current space located at 5000 Sunset Blvd., Suite 400, 540, and 700, Los Angeles, CA. Patients will be seen via telehealth or alternate locations as needed while we prepare our permanent location at 3250 Wilshire Blvd., Suite 300, Los Angeles, CA, which we will occupy by mid-October 2022.
Children’s Hospital Los Angeles' Adolescent and Young Adult Medicine team looks forward to continue providing expert, compassionate care for you. All services currently offered will continue in the new location.
