From the North

Heading southbound on the 101 Hollywood Freeway

  1. Exit at Vermont, Make quick left at freeway exit
  2. Make Right onto Vermont.
  3. Turn right on Wilshire Blvd. to 3250 Wilshire.
    (It is 1 block from Vermont, at the corner of Wilshire and New Hampshire. There is a stoplight there. We are in the 20-story building on the Southwest Corner).
  4. Turn left (south) on New Hampshire.
  5. PARKING is off of New Hampshire. Enter the parking structure that is under the building. Please see parking information below.
  6. Take the Elevator to the 5th floor.
    (If you enter from the front, walk to the back of the building and take the back elevators to the 5th floor.  The first set of elevators do not stop at the 5th floor).
  7. Walk into the reception area and let the staff know that you have arrived for your appointment.

From the West

Heading eastbound on the 10 Santa Monica Freeway

  1. Take the 101 North.
  2. You are going to pass downtown.
  3. Take Vermont St Exit. Go South (Left) to Wilshire Blvd.
  4. Turn Right on Wilshire Blvd to 3250 Wilshire.
    (It is 1 block from Vermont, at the corner of Wilshire and New Hampshire. There is a stoplight there. We are in the 20-story building on the Southwest Corner.)
  5. Turn left (south) on New Hampshire.

You will be responsible for the price of your parking.  Below are detailed options for you regarding parking lots in the immediate neighborhood.  Please be mindful of time limits and restrictions posted for the lot in which you park.

One Park Plaza

The cost to park in One Park Plaza is $12.50/day maximum

Open-air lot behind 3250 Wilshire

This lot is located at the southwest corner of New Hampshire & 7th Street.

  • Before 10 a.m., the parking cost is $4.00/day.
  • After 10 a.m. the parking cost is $5.00/day.

Nearby City Lot

This lot is located 2 blocks from the building at the corner of Vermont & 6th Street, next to Denny’s Restaurant and metered at 50 cents per hour, or up to 10 hours for $2.00.

Parking in front of One Park Plaza

The parking in front of the building is metered and only available in 15-minute intervals with 2 hours maximum.

All Other Street Metered Parking

All metered parking near our building has a 2-hour time limit.
