Fall Into Wellness Family Health Fair

CHLA is excited to take part in this fun, family-friendly event put on by Macedonia Baptist Church. Activities include:

Fun and Relaxation

Enjoy art, music and dog therapy activities. There will also be food, music and more! Free ice cream compliments of Kinecta Federal Credit Union.

Activity-Based Learning and Library Cards

Pick up a free library card and stop by the L.A. County Library's science, technology, engineering, arts and math (STEAM) van to learn about computer coding, robotics, 3D printing and more.

Vaccination Clinic

Prepare for flu season by getting a flu shot. The COVID-19 vaccine and booster shots will also be available.

First-Aid Training

Learn CPR and how to build a first aid kit.

Health Screenings

Check your blood pressure and blood glucose levels.

Community Resources

Connect with resources that may assist meeting some of your needs.

Financial Resources

Talk to representatives from local banks or find out about employment opportunities.

The Family Health Fair is a collaboration with Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, Macedonia Baptist Church, Macedonia Community Development Corporation and Charles Drew University.
