Faculty Development Series: How to be a Successful Mentee: Habits of Highly Effective Mentees

Workshop Synopsis:

This workshop will discuss the ways to develop an effective mentee/mentor relationship through an interactive discussion, a panel discussion, and a question and answer section.

Objectives:

Learn to maximize mentor-mentee relationships from the mentee perspective

Understand the perspective from successful mentor-mentee pairings

Develop an action plan to improve mentoring relationships

Target Audience:

All faculty members, clinicians, and postdoctoral trainees involved in biomedical research (basic, translational, and clinical).
