If you think that your statement is not correct, please call the Customer Service department (phone number on the bill). Or you can call 800-404-6627 for your hospital bill or 323-361-2336 for your doctor bill.
If you did not get financial assistance but feel that you should have, you may file a complaint with the State of California’s Hospital Bill Complaint Program.
