What is Workplace Giving?
Workplace giving empowers you and your colleagues to get involved and give back to the community by supporting your local children’s hospital, Children’s Hospital Los Angeles. You can donate to Children’s Hospital Los Angeles through your workplace in three ways: Payroll deduction, Employer Matching Gifts and Workplace Fundraisers. For more information about Workplace Giving, contact us at email@example.com
How does payroll deduction work?
Simply contact your company’s Human Resources department and let them know you’d like to donate a portion of your paycheck to Children’s Hospital Los Angeles.
Download and complete the payroll deduction form, give the form to your payroll department, and your donation to CHLA will be deducted automatically from your paycheck. Your donation will be tax deductible!
Employer Matching Gift
How do I find out if my employer will match my gift to CHLA?
Search for your company’s name in our database or ask your Human Resources Department.
If your company matches donations, simply follow the instructions to double your gift to CHLA. Questions? Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
How do I host a workplace fundraiser?
You can host all kinds of fundraisers—casual jeans day, a bake sale, a golf tournament, and more. Be creative! It’s always fun to bring colleagues together in support of a great cause.
If you need some ideas for a workplace fundraiser, contact us at email@example.com – we’re here to help.
Sign up to receive promotional tools such as posters and CHLA information that you can share with your co-workers. A CHLA representative can visit your company to share information and heart-warming stories from CHLA, to help motivate and inspire your colleagues.
