Treatment-related CNS Injury and Cerebral Blood Flow in Children with Posterior Fossa Brain Tumors

To determine the extent that subtle brain injury, blood flow to the brain, and learning problems relate to type of brain tumor treatment given.

Children with a history of brain tumor in the back part of the head OR healthy children with no significant medical history, ages 6-17 years old, able to have a short brain MRI without sedation
