Hanna Song, PhD, is the Senior Vice President and Chief Opportunity, Integrity, and Impact (OII) Officer for Children’s Hospital Los Angeles.
Hanna oversees the Office of OII, providing vision, leadership, and strategic direction to create community for the workforce and ensure high-quality health care for patients and families. She reports to the CEO, serves as a member of Cabinet, and is tasked with leading the development of a strategic roadmap for CHLA ensuring opportunity for all, integrity in action, and impact with purpose.

Prior to joining CHLA, Hanna held positions at the California Institute of Technology, Occidental College, and Amherst College.
Hanna holds a PhD and a master’s degree in Higher Education and Organizational Change from UCLA; a master’s in Education Policy, Organizations, and Leadership Studies from Stanford University; and a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of California, Berkeley.
