The Stem Cell Analytics Core offers cell distribution, biobanking and stem cell testing services, assisting both Children’s Hospital Los Angeles investigators and external investigators with their research.

• Custom human iPSC reprogramming from blood or fibroblasts
• Maintenance of investigator iPSC lines
• hPSC culture training (feeder or feeder free)
• General tissue culture training
• Mycoplasma testing
• Test for Identification of Undifferentiated cells
• Genetic testing by PCR via Stem Genomics
• STR cell line authentication via University of Arizona
• Rental of fully equipped tissue culture facilities

Stem Cell Analytics Core can help investigators using the Core with supplies management, including ordering, stocking and keeping inventory, and they can provide tissue culture supplies, like pluripotent stem cell related reagents, at a discount through bulk purchasing.
