Lynda Boone Fetter

Lynda Boone Fetter has been a member of the Board of Trustees since 1994. She serves in leadership positions with the Children's Hospital Los Angeles/University of Southern California Institute for the Developing Mind.  Lynda is Chair of the Nominating Committee and serves on the Executive Committee, Development Advisory Campaign Cabinet, the Real Estate/Facilities Advisory Committee and the Awareness and Visibility Committee.

Lynda is a member of First Families and founding member of Children’s Fund 100.

She has served as principal/founder of family real estate development firms for over 25 years. Lynda is a Principal/Manager of Boone Fetter LLC and a Principal of Samuelson & Fetter LLC. Samuelson & Fetter LLC has been one of the top 25 development firms in Los Angeles for the last 15 years and has been engaged in one of the largest urban development projects in Los Angeles County, THE PARKS, Monrovia Station Square. In addition to her work in Los Angeles, Lynda is President and Manager of Deer Crest Associates, LLC, a 600-acre mixed use luxury development in Park City, Utah.
