Yasaman Ahmadieh, DO, MPH

I was born and raised in Iran. I moved to San Jose, CA with my family when I was 17-year-old. So, I call Bay Area home. I had the opportunity to live in Los Angeles when I went to undergraduate at UCLA. Go Bruins! I attended medical school at Touro university, CA and then completed pediatric residency at Dell Children’s Medical Center in Austin, TX. My areas of interest in adolescent medicine are gender affirming care, reproductive health, and mental health for all adolescents and young adults, especially minority and immigrant youth. I am also involved in advocacy for reproductive health justice and gender affirming care. I enjoy hanging out with Leila, my dog. In my free time, I visit my family and friends in other parts of California. I also like paddleboarding, swimming, and hiking.

Megan Ververis, MD

Hello! I’m originally from Nashville, Tennessee. I attended Rhodes College in Memphis, Tennessee and medical school at East Tennessee State University. This is where I met my significant other and we adopted our two PERFECT children – our very spoiled golden retrievers, Huck and Maggie. I completed pediatrics residency at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. We love living in Los Angeles – you can find me at the beach, exploring the outdoors and hiking on the weekends, going to concerts, reading, cooking (favorites include Indian food and making pasta from scratch-YUM!) and endlessly eating at all the amazing restaurants nearby. I love all things teen, but my main clinical interests include eating disorders as well as reproductive and sexual healthcare.
