Join the Portal at Your Next Visit

Enrolling in the MyChildren’sLA Patient Portal is easy, and you can start the process at your next visit.

To join:

  • Complete the electronic member enrollment form(s) during your or your child’s next visit to Children’s Hospital Los Angeles.
  • You will receive an invitation email within two business days. Activate your membership using the four-digit temporary PIN you submitted on the enrollment form.
  • The invitation email will expire after 30 days. If this happens, please contact CHLA’s Health Information Management team at 323-361-2330, Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., or email PatientPortal@chla.usc.edu to request a new invitation email.
