Marilyn Ho, MBA
Administrative Chief of Staff
Marilyn Ho joined CHLA in 2015 and serves as the institution’s Administrative Chief of Staff, leading signature projects and initiatives in support of CHLA’s operational and strategic priorities.
Prior to joining CHLA, Ho was Vice President of Operations and Development at Surgical Care Affiliates. Previously she served as Director of Transaction Support at UC San Diego Health System; held multiple executive roles at Alliance HealthCare Services, Inc., including Human Resources, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Strategic Development; served as Associate Administrator for a Tenet Healthcare Corp. hospital; and a was Senior Consultant at Triage Consulting Group.
Ho holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Science from the University of California, San Diego and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Southern California.
