Event Synopsis

On March 17, visit John Stauffer B conference room anytime between 9 – 11:30 a.m. to interview for available Respiratory Therapist positions. No RSVP necessary, just bring your resume and introduce yourself!

The human resources team at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles (CHLA) invites Respiratory Therapists interested in positions at CHLA to attend an informational open-house. Talent acquisition team members and department hiring managers will be conducting onsite interviews and making on the spot offers.

We are currently hiring qualified Respiratory Therapists in the following areas:

  • Sleep Lab
  • Pulmonary Function Lab

Minimum qualifications:

  • 2+ years hospital critical care experience as an RCP with pediatric experience.

Education/Licensure/Certifications:

  • Graduate of an A.M.A. approved two-year School of Respiratory Care.
  • RCP license from the state of California. Certified Respiratory Therapy Technician (CRTT) from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC).
  • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) from the NBRC.
  • Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS).
  • Pediatric Advance Life Support (PALS) required.

Parking and Instructions

Park in the Main Visitor Parking Garage located beneath the main hospital building at 4650 Sunset Blvd. (at the intersection of Sunset & Rodney). Parking is limited. Bring your ticket to the hiring event and you will receive validation good for one free day of self-parking.

Once you reach the main lobby, check in with a guest services member at the Information Desk. They will direct you to the John Stauffer B conference room.
