Objective:
- Identifying when one should negotiate, what is negotiable, how to prepare for negotiation, and how to approach the negotiation process.
Activities:

Pre-work in identifying something the participant wishes to negotiate for

Didactic presentation on background and theory, addressing common obstacles to negotiation

Interactive dyad work using a specific negotiation framework
Lunch will be provided
