Halloween was Spooktacular for Kids at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles
We saw it all this Halloween…princesses, super heroes, monsters and creatures! The patients and families at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles got into the Halloween spirit with the help from nurses, child life specialists, hospital volunteers and Team Lilly. There were little Halloween costume boutiques on inpatient floors so kids could choose and forget that they are in a hospital.
We’d like to take a moment and thank everyone who sent a Bat-o-Gram to our patients. With your help, we received more than 3,000 Halloween cards with special messages and fun jokes, which were distributed to kids receiving care at the hospital.
