INPATIENT SERVICES
Our Division provides consultative care for children admitted to our hospital for acute primary neurologic conditions, provides consultations for other hospital inpatients as requested, initiates and manages implementation of ketogenic diets, provides video EEG, and co-manages neurological patients in the hospital's Rehabilitation Unit.
OUTPATIENT SERVICES
OUR TEAM MEMBERS
- Physicians (Board certified child neurologists and neurologists with expertise in electroencephalography)
- Nurse
- Nurse practitioner
- EEG technicians
- Dietician (ketogenic diet, modified Atkin’s diet)
- Vagal Nerve Stimulator Program (implantation, programming)
- Neurosurgeons
- Neuroradiologists (neuroimaging includes MRI, PET scanning, MRS, MRA and functional MRI)
- Consultation is available with child psychiatrists when indicated
