Division of Adolescent Medicine

 

Our Division provides a single resource for comprehensive and integrated medical, psychological and related services that address the special needs of today's young people.

Our expert, interdisciplinary staff focuses on both treatment and prevention using a model of positive youth development to reach out to and engage teens with an entire system of care. 

Our therapeutic approaches and community partnerships promote personal empowerment within the context of healthy relationships, families and communities. At the same time, the Division’s advocacy efforts and cutting-edge research further the well-being of adolescents and families worldwide.

CLINICAL SETTINGS
We make our developmentally sensitive care available within the hospital, our ambulatory clinic (The Teenage and Young Adult Health Center), and in various community settings.
