Hemophilia Outpatient Made Easy (HOME) is the Children’s Hospital Los Angeles Hemostasis and Thrombosis Center’s 340B program. A 340B program is a federal program for the care and service of factor needs for our hemophilia patients. Also known as the Public Health Service (PHS) Program, this program lets the Center purchase clotting factor and other specialized medication for our patients at a discounted price.
