The Faculty Development Program offers opportunities and events to enhance the career development of our faculty, including seminars, workshops, mentoring and promotion information.
 The Department of Pediatrics has formed a Faculty Development Cabinet to serve as the executive advisory board to the Vice Chair of Faculty Development on implementation and review of programs and procedures for ongoing faculty development and mentoring. The Cabinet recommends department members for faculty awards, leadership programs and academic society memberships.
