Developing a Road Map for Structural Change (VMOSA II)
Participants will further refine Structural Change Objectives proposed during VMOSA I. In addition, they will plan strategies and create Action Steps for carrying out Structural Change Objectives.

Coalition Sustainability
Participants will examine their Structural Change Objectives in the context of an overall Strategic Plan for preventing HIV among the target population in their community. In addition, they will continue to address the internal functioning of their coalition, in order to maintain a healthy coalition.
