Thermo Bioworks Software
Provides identification of proteins and their post-translational modifications.
Protein Scaffold Software
Provides identification of proteins and their post-translational modifications using XTandem! Features include:
- Provides statistical analysis of data
- Can combine Bioworks and XTandem! results
- Free viewer available for download at Proteome Software website
- Provides relative quantitation by spectral counting
