Expiration of verification card will occur four years from the first day of the month in which the card was issued. Only Registered Nurses will be issued certification cards.

APHON Chemotherapy/Biotherapy Provider Course #4
The two-day APHON Chemo/Biotherapy Provider Course is designed to provide the RN/LVN with the knowledge base needed to safely care for children and adolescents receiving chemotherapy. Those who take the course and pass on examination will be issue a card by APHON that says they have successfully met the APHON National Standards for being trained to administer chemotherapy and biotherapy to pediatric patients.
