Caryll “Tally” Mingst has been a member of the Board of Trustees since 2003. She serves on the Safety, Quality and Service Committee, Associates & Affiliates Advisory and the First Families Legacy Program Committee. Tally is a member of Las Madrinas, Children's Chain and First Families, and founding member of Children’s Fund 100. She has degrees from Stanford University and the University of Southern California in Psychology and Art History. |
