Adult Application

(18 years of age or older)

This packet includes:

Application Form
Volunteer Agreement and Certification of Information Form
Authorization, Notification and Release Form for Procurement of Background Report
Personal Essay Form

Upon receipt of your application, your name will then be placed on a list for the next available orientation and you will be notified by mail. Incomplete application packets will not be considered.

Junior Application

(15-17 years of age)

Our Junior Volunteer Program is full at this time. We will once again be accepting applications for this opportunity at the beginning of August. Thank you for your willingness to serve.
