1 Medium Fruit = Tennis Ball

1 Medium Potato = Computer Mouse

1 Cup Dried Cereal = 1 Large Handful

1 Cup of Vegetables = Fist

1 Cup of Fruit = Baseball

3 Ounces Meat = Cassete Tape or Bar of Soap

3 Ounces Grilled Fish = Checkbook

1 Ounce Natural Cheese = 9 Volt Battery

1 Teaspoon Butter or Margarine = Tip of Thumb to First Joint
