Making Nutrition Goals


A Goal is a

  • Plan of action
  • Something that you plan to do
  • Something that you would like to improve about yourself


A Goal Needs to Have

  • The change you hope to make
  • What you will do to help make this change


Examples of Goals

  • “I will plan to ride my bike three times a week for 30 minutes each  time”
  • “I will plan to walk for 20 minutes every day”
  • “I will try to eat more vegetables at every meal”
  • “I will try to only drink soda on special occasions”
