Make 'super jello' by preparing with juice instead of water.

Mashed Potatoes
Dress up with butter, cream, and spices (as tolerated)

Try pureed fruit added to pudding mix.

Use half and half or cream to prepare canned soups.

Yogurt
Add more calories by adding pureed fruits or preserves.
