APPLE JACK

Ingredients
1 envelope Vanilla Instant Breakfast
1 cup milk (whole, lowfat or nonfat)
½ cup applesauce or ½ cup spiced apple yogurt.
½ cup vanilla ice cream
Dash of cinnamon

Instructions
Mix in a blender until smooth and creamy


BANANA BERRY

Ingredients
1 envelope Strawberry Instant Breakfast
1 cup milk (whole, lowfat or nonfat)
1 medium banana

Instructions
Mix in a blender until smooth. 
Add fresh or frozen strawberries if desired.


CHOCOLATE MINT

Ingredients
1 envelope Chocolate Instant Breakfast
1 tsp. Mint extract or ½ cup mint ice cream
            (or mint chocolate chip)
1 cup milk (whole, lowfat or nonfat)

Instructions
Mix in a blender until smooth and creamy


CHOCOLATE MOCHA

Ingredients
½ envelope Chocolate Instant Breakfast
½ envelope Coffee Instant Breakfast
1 cup milk (whole, lowfat or nonfat)

Instructions
Warm over medium heat in a saucepan until Instant Breakfast packets are dissolved.  Serve warm.


HEAVENLY HONEY

Ingredients
1 envelope Egg Nog or Vanilla Instant Breakfast
1 cup milk (whole, lowfat or nonfat)
1-2 tsp. Honey
Dash of nutmeg
½ cup vanilla ice cream

Instructions
Mix in a blender until smooth and creamy.  OR eliminate the ice cream and warm the ingredients over medium heat in a saucepan until dissolved. 
Serve warm.


INSTANT BREAKFAST SHAKE

Ingredients
1 envelope Vanilla Instant Break
1 cup milk (whole, lowfat or nonfat)
½ cup non-fat dry milk powder
½ - 1 cup fruited yogurt, ice milk, or ice cream

Instructions
Mix all ingredients in a blender until thick and creamy

 

 

 

 

 

 

 


 


 

ORANGE JULIUS

Ingredients
1 envelope Vanilla Instant Breakfast
1 cup orange juice
½ cup vanilla ice cream
1 tsp. honey

Instructions
Mix in a blender until smooth and foamy.


PEACH MELBA

Ingredients
1 envelope Vanilla Instant Breakfast
1 fresh peach or ½ 1 1/3 cup canned peaches
1 cup milk (whole, lowfat or nonfat)
1-2 tsp. Raspberry jam

Instructions
Mix in a blender until thick and smooth.


PINEAPPLE PUNCH

Ingredients
1 envelope Vanilla Instant Breakfast
1 cup milk (whole, lowfat or nonfat)
½ cup pineapple sherbet

Instructions

Mix in a blender until smooth and creamy.
(Add an additional ¼ cup crushed pineapple and 1 Tbsp. flaked coconut)


PUDDING WITH A PLUS

Instructions
Add 1 envelope on Instant Breakfast for every 1 cup of milk (whole, lowfat or nonfat)
Add to your favorite flavor of instant pudding mix.
