Along with members of the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine, the Division of Infectious Diseases is participating in a collaborative initiative to translate innovative scientific research into novel diagnostics, therapeutic and preventive strategies for important microbial pathogens affecting immunocompromised patients. The focus of this research is on fungal and mycobacterial organisms, especially Aspergillus species. |
