Under the supervision of a neonatology attending and a neonatology fellow, your baby’s day-to-day care in our Newborn and Infant Care Unit may be provided by one of our Pediatric Residents. Pediatric Residents have completed their medical school and received an M.D. and have completed one year of internship in Pediatrics. They rotate to provide service and obtain postgraduate education in the NICCU for 4-weeks at a time.
