Question: Where do I go to update my Profile online?
Answer: Please refer to the links below based on the type of Profile that you wish to update.
Question: I have created an account, but my profile is blank. What happened?
Answer: When you create an account using our registration system, each time you return to log in, the system will look for your record based on your email address.
If you are not able to log in to the system, you can request your password to be reset using the registration page.
Question: I updated my profile online but the new information is not showing up in my online profile. What happened?
Answer: If you run into this scenario, it most likely means that you logged in with a new set of information or used a different email address for your most recent update and your updates were stored but not connected to your original profile that is included on the website. Please email the webmaster at webmaster@chla.usc.edu to manually search for and connect these records for you. This process typically takes 1-2 business days and you will be notified once you are able to log in and see your full record.
Question: I 'm both a Physician and Researcher, how do I update both profiles.
Answer: Many of the faculty members at Children's have clinical and research roles. By using the same CHLA email address as your login and the same password on both the Physician login page and the Researcher login page, you will ensure that updates made to one profile immediately transfer over (where appropriate) to the other profile.
