Referral Bonus

Registered Nurses (RNs), and other hospital employees, who refer an experienced RN to our hospital will receive a $5,000 employee referral cash bonus.  Once the RN is hired into a full-time position, and successfully completes the 90-day probationary period, you will receive the full amount of the referral bonus.

Note: There is no limitation to how many times an RN, or other hospital employee, can earn this referral bonus.

RN Residency Referral Bonus

RNs, and other employees, who refer a new graduate nurse to the RN Residency in Pediatrics Program, will receive a $1,000 employee referral cash bonus. Once the RN Resident successfully completes the 22-week residency program, you will receive the full amount of the referral bonus.

Note: There is no limitation to how many times an RN, or other hospital employee, can earn this referral bonus.
