As the core component of the Childrens Orthopaedic Center, our division provides full-service, family-centered care, with parents integrally involved in its multifaceted, state-of-the-art approach to treatment. We are one of the nation's largest and most comprehensive programs dedicated to children and adolescents.
We provide the services of orthopaedic surgeons along with nurse specialists, orthopaedic oncologists, rehabilitation specialists, prosthetists, physical therapists, and biomechanical engineers, in evaluating and treating childhood problems affecting bones, muscles, and joints. Among these are congenital and developmental abnormalities of the arms, legs, and spine, as well as traumatic injuries to these areas.
