Full Refund
- You must cancel your pre-paid registration five (5) business days prior to the class to receive a full refund
- If Children's Hospital Los Angeles cancels a program, a full refund will be granted
- Registration fees will be refunded within three weeks after notification
Partial Refunds
- For cancellations made less than five (5) business days prior to the date of the course, a 50% refund will be given
- Registration fees will be refunded within three weeks after notification
No Refund
- If a registered participant does not show up for class, no refund will be given
- Payment for textbooks are non-refundable
Course Cancellations
- Classes are subject to change and/or cancellation on short notice
- Class registrants will be notified (by mail, phone or email) of any cancellations
