Method of PaymentCheckUnless otherwise noted in the "Special Instructions" section of the course description, all checks should be made payable to Children's Hospital Los Angeles. There will be a $15.00 charge for any returned checks. Credit CardWe accept: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards. Payroll DeductionAvailable for Children's Hospital Los Angeles employees only. Contact your manager if you are eligible for education funding through Payroll Deduction. Additional Payment DetailsRegistration and Payment must be received a minimum of 15 days prior to courses that require materials or textbooks to be mailed to course registrant prior to the class. In cases where courses are offered at no charge for employees of Children's Hospital Los Angeles, a $20 refundable deposit is required. Refundable reservation deposits will be returned upon class attendance. NOTE: Classrooms may become cool at times due to variable temperature. Please bring a sweater or light-weight jacket with you to class. |
