We work with local television stations, primarily with abc7 KABC-TV Network, to produce a series of television specials which highlights the people and programs involved in our hospital's patient care, teaching and pediatric research. Children's Hospital Los Angeles is affiliated with the Children’s Miracle Network, an international non-profit organization dedicated to helping children by raising funds and awareness for pediatric hospitals throughout North America.
Hosts: "Eyewitness News" anchor Ellen Leyva, and award-winning actress Alex Meneses ("Everybody Loves Raymond"), who is a member of the Children's Hospital Los Angeles Board of Trustees. The hour-long program has been divided by the area of hospital expertise profiled.
