Retirement Savings

We offer employees both 401(k) and 403(b) retirement savings plans.

The 401(k) plan will allow the employee to build their retirement savings in two ways.

  1. Pre-tax Salary Deferrals
    Employees are allowed to defer an amount ranging from 1% to 50% up to the IRS statutory limits.  Employees may begin contributions on their first day of employment.
  2. Employer Matching Contribution
    We will contribute a 100% matching contribution on employee salary deferrals up to maximum which is equivalent to 3% of the employees pay each pay period after one plan year (1,000 hours) of employment.

We also offer a 403(b) plan to employees.
