Donate Blood

If you are considering donating blood . . . rest assured that our young patients need you!

We perform more surgical procedures than any other medical facility in Southern California. The needs for transfusions to support their fragile lives of our patients while they recover from these procedures are great. We encourage you to donate blood regularly at our Blood Donor Center – it’s the easiest way to save a child’s life.

Donate Books & Magazines

Books and magazines go a long way towards helping our patients and their family members pass the time that they spend at our hospital during recovery. We encourage individuals from our community to get involved by donating books & magazine subscriptions to support these efforts. Donate Toys

A simple gift of a toy can put a smile on a child’s face. To help our patients feel like "kids" we provide them with toys regularly and at significant milestones during their stay. On occasions when a patient's family cannot bring toys from home for their child's play hours, toys donated from our supporters become especially meaningful. Help make a child’s day brighter and become a toy donor or consider hosting a toy drive to collect toys from friends, neighbors, and coworkers.

Volunteer at our Hospital

Volunteers are the heart of Children's Hospital. We could not provide many of the supportive programs and services that are of such great benefit to our young patients and their families without involvement from generous volunteers. Sign up through volunteer services for one of our many rewarding opportunities and make a direct impact in the life of a child.
