Dr. Goodarzian is Vice-Chairman of the Department of Radiology at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles and Associate Professor of Radiology at the Keck School of Medicine of the University of Southern California. She was awarded her MD degree from the Uremia School of Medicine in Iran in 1990.

Following medical school she did 3 years of training in Diagnostic Radiology in Tehran. She came to Children’s Hospital Los Angeles in 2001 where she did Fellowships in Pediatric Radiology and Pediatric Neuroradiology. In 2003, she was hired on as a full Faculty member. In 2012, she was appointed Vice Chair of the CHLA Radiology Department.
